EASY RETURNS

• We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, and/or damaged
• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase
• We recommend to insure your return package (or have a tracking number)
• We do not reimburse shipping costs
• Returns are out of our control until arrived at our main office in Barcelona
• Your account will be refunded within 3–10 days of receipt of your item(s)
• For exchanges, please send back the item and reorder the item in an other size online
• Exchanges are possible in our stores (exchange of size and/or color only)
• No returns will be accepted in stores
• No refunds will be done in stores (only by sending back items to address here under)
• If there are additional fees charged by customs, these fees will be paid by the customer
